Visitor FAQs
1. What are the admission requirements? Can non-professional visitors enter?
This is a professional trade exhibition for the industry. It is only open to professional visitors aged 18 to 70 who have completed the visitor registration process. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you need to bring children under the age of 18 into the venue for personal reasons, you must complete the Guardian Undertaking for Minors Entering the Exhibition Hall. For safety reasons, please ensure that all children leave the exhibition hall by 14:00 on the final day of the exhibition to facilitate safe and orderly venue dismantling work.
As the guardian of the accompanying child, you shall be responsible for the child’s safety and health while entering, exiting and staying within the exhibition venue. You must fully comply with all safety measures and instructions of the exhibition, and ensure the child does not enter restricted areas or engage in any dangerous activities.
2. Is there an admission fee? What are the ticket prices?
Admission is free. We recommend completing visitor registration in advance to obtain your entry pass.
The entry pass is valid only for the registered individual and may not be transferred or shared with others.
3. How to complete visitor registration, and where is the official registration portal?

4. What should I do if I encounter issues during pre-registration (e.g., duplicate binding, incorrect information)?

5. After successful registration, can I enter and exit the venue multiple times?
Yes. After successful registration, you can enter and exit the venue unlimited times during the exhibition period (July 23–25) with valid identification.
1. How to reach the venue by subway, and which exit is closest?
You may take Metro Line 7 to Huamu Road Station, exit via Exit 2, and walk about 450 meters to reach the Entrance Hall 2 of SNIEC directly.
- Shanghai Railway Station: Take Metro Line 1 (towards Xinzhuang) to People’s Square Station, transfer to Line 2 (towards Pudong Airport / Guanglan Road) to Longyang Road Station, then switch to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) and alight at Huamu Road Station (Exit 2). The whole trip takes about 50 minutes.
- Shanghai South Railway Station: Take Metro Line 1 (towards Fujin Road) to People’s Square Station, transfer to Line 2 (towards Pudong Airport / Guanglan Road) to Longyang Road Station, then switch to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) and alight at Huamu Road Station (Exit 2). The whole trip takes about 60 minutes.
- Hongqiao Transport Hub: Take Metro Line 2 (towards Pudong Airport / Guanglan Road) to Longyang Road Station, transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) and alight at Huamu Road Station (Exit 2). The whole trip takes about 60 minutes.
- Shanghai Pudong International Airport: Option 1: Take Metro Line 2 (towards Xujing East) to Longyang Road Station, transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) and alight at Huamu Road Station (Exit 2). Travel time: approx. 60 minutes. *Option 2: Take the Maglev train directly to Longyang Road Station (operating hours: 07:02–21:42; trains depart every 20 minutes after 07:00), then transfer to Line 7 (towards Huamu Road) and alight at Huamu Road Station (Exit 2). Travel time: approx. 25 minutes.
* Maglev fares: RMB 50 for a standard one-way ticket, RMB 40 one-way with a same-day flight ticket, RMB 80 for a round trip.
Complimentary shuttle buses will run between Longyang Road Metro Station and the Exhibition Hall’s Main Entrance 1 & Entrance 3 during the show period. Buses depart approximately every 15 minutes or once fully occupied.

1. What is the specific on-site admission process, and what should I prepare in advance?
This exhibition adopts the mode of "Online real-name registration + Entry by swiping original ID card and wearing a paper badge".
The detailed on-site admission process is as follows:
Step 1.
Complete online real-name visitor registration prior to the exhibition and obtain your registration voucher.
Step 2.
Arrive at the designated entrance of the exhibition venue with your valid identity document.
Step 3.
Proceed to the service counter to print your personal paper badge
Step 4.
Domestic visitors shall swipe their original ID cards at the turnstiles and enter the venue after passing verification.
Step 5.
Visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas shall present their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or passport, along with the registration voucher, and complete verification at the turnstiles for entry.
At the hall entrance turnstiles (access gates), please present your badge and have the barcode on it scanned for entry. Only visitors with a valid badge scan will be allowed to access the exhibition area.
2. Do I need to bring an ID card/passport? Can I enter without valid identification?
- Domestic visitors must bring their original ID card for swiping and verification.
- Visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan are required to present their Hong Kong/Macao Travel Permit or Taiwan Compatriot Permit; overseas visitors are required to present their passport.
- Domestic visitors without their original ID card can scan the electronic ID QR code at each registration lobby to obtain an electronic identity credential and scan the code at the turnstile for entry.
3. What should I do if my admission credential is lost/damaged?
Visitors may go to the on-site manual registration counter with their registration voucher or valid ID documents to get a badge free of charge.

Check-in Procedure:
This show adopts self-service check-in kiosks for on-site registration. All badge applicants must present their original ID card to print their badges.
Information Collection:
Please use the QR code in the upper right corner of your Exhibitor Confirmation Letter to collect the exhibition catalogue and water vouchers.
For safety and security reasons, persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the exhibition halls during the build-up and construction period. To ensure order and personnel safety during the dismantling period, persons under 18 may not enter the exhibition halls from 14:00 on the final day of the exhibition. Any minors already inside the venue must leave by 14:00 on that day. Persons aged 70 and above are not allowed entry at any time, including build-up, exhibition and dismantling periods.

3. How should vehicles be parked during the exhibition? What are the rules for obtaining vehicle access permits and the relevant charging standards?
Small Vehicles of Exhibitors
May Park in any passenger car parking lots throughout the exhibition period. The locations of passenger parking lots are as follows:
· Parking Lots P4–P6 are adjacent to Halls W & N
· Parking Garage P1–P2 is adjacent to Hall E (height limit: 1.8 meters)
The charging rate for venue parking lots is ¥10 per hour. After the first hour, the rate is ¥5 per 30 minutes, with a maximum daily charge of ¥80 for 8 to 24 hours.
VIP Vehicles
Free parking is available with official VIP parking permits issued by the organizer. The locations of the designated VIP parking areas are as follows:
· VIP Parking Lot next to the South Plaza outside Entrance Hall 1
· VIP Parking Lot next to the East Plaza outside Entrance Hall 3
Exhibition Truck Permit:
· During the build-up and tear-down periods, all freight vehicles are required to have “Vehicle Permit for Loading Bay”, which are registered, reviewed, produced, issued and managed by venue in a unified manner.
· According to the requirements of the regulations of SNIEC, a “Waiting Permit” is required for any freight vehicle that need to enter the exhibition hall. The freight vehicle must enter the surrounding area of the venue with showing the “Waiting Permit” processed online in advance
· Freight vehicle is admitted in the loading bay with the “Vehicle Permit to Loading Bay”.
Description of Waiting Permit
· A “Waiting Permit” is required for each freight vehicle/ exhibit vehicle that needs to enter the venue, which must be applied in advance through online system with the completion of vehicle registration and payment.
· Each mobile phone number/ each license plate number can only be used to register one “Waiting Permit” per day. For the user who registers through license plate number cannot modify the license plate number after getting the “Waiting Permit”, only reregister can change it.
· The system-generated “Waiting Permit” shall be printed on A4 paper and placed on the front windshield of the vehicle, so that it enters the designated parking lot for a specified period of time.

Procedures for Truck Pass application and charging standards
· Fill out the “Truck Pass” application form in SNIEC’s WeChat official account one day in advance. Then generate a QR code and present it with the required deposit receipt to the venue.
After paying the fee, collect one large card and one small card at the counter, and use these two cards to enter the loading bay. Swipe the pass when enter and exit from the loading bay.
· Fee standard:Pass Production Fee: RMB 50 /vehicle (limit of 90 minutes per entry); Refundable Deposit: RMB 300 /vehicle Cash / WeChat / Alipay are all available.
After payment, collect one large card and one small card at the counter, and use these two cards to enter the loading bay.
Large Card - "Freight Vehicle Access Permit," place it on the windshield to enter the corresponding loading bay.
Small Card - "Vehicle Permit of Loading Bay," with a deposit included. For specific usage and precautions, please refer to the instructions on the back of the small card.
If every entry’s duration is less than 1.5 hours, all the deposit can be refunded with the “Vehicle Permit” for Loading Bay” and deposit receipt. If the duration exceeds 1.5 hours, RMB100 will be deducted from the deposit for every half hour exceeded (if less than half an hour, counted as half an hour), until all deposits are deducted.
Instructions for the refund of Truck Pass
· After using the "Vehicle Permit of Loading Bay", please bring both the large and small cards to the Certificate Center Counter for deposit refund.

4. What are the unloading / entry access rules and parking regulations for different types of exhibition vehicles?
Trucks Requiring Access to the Unloading Area:
Trucks for Halls W1–W5 and E1–E3: With a queuing permit, enter via Gate 9 to wait in Parking Lot P3 and apply for an Unloading Vehicle Access Card. Use this card to enter the designated unloading areas for loading/unloading.
Trucks for Halls E4–E7 and N1–N3: With a queuing permit, enter via Gate 7 to wait in Parking Lot P7 and apply for an Unloading Vehicle Access Card. Use this card to enter the designated unloading areas for loading/unloading.
Small delivery vehicles for exhibitor exhibits (e.g., minivans, Jinbei, Ford Transit, Iveco, etc.):
Small vehicles transporting exhibitor goods must load and unload only in the venue’s passenger car parking lots (no queuing permit required). Loading/unloading along roads surrounding the exhibition venue is strictly prohibited. These surrounding roads are under construction and managed by traffic police during the exhibition period. Vehicles violating this rule will be subject to fines and demerit point penalties.
Parking rate: ¥10 per hour. After the first hour, the rate is ¥5 per 30 minutes, with a maximum charge of ¥80 for any period between 8 hours and 24 hours.
Parking locations: P1 and P2 are parking garages (height limit: 1.8 metres); P4, P5 and P6 are open-air parking lots.
5. What are the noise control regulations during booth setup?
- During booth setup, construction should minimize noise to avoid affecting neighboring booths.
- During the exhibition, audio/video equipment volume must be controlled below 75 decibels. Use of loudspeakers, flashing lights, or similar devices causing noise/light pollution is strictly prohibited.
- Noise from exhibit demonstrations must be properly insulated to avoid disturbing neighboring booths and visitors.
- If not corrected after warning, the organizer reserves the right to terminate related display activities without refunding any related fees.
6. What are the booth construction requirements for raw space/standard booths, and are there qualification review requirements?
Standard Booth:
- Standard booth basic configuration includes three-sided panels, Chinese/English company fascia, carpet, inquiry desk, folding chairs, LED spotlights, power outlet, wastebasket, etc. Different sub-exhibitions have additional supporting configurations.
- Standard booths cannot be self-modified or restructured. No drilling/painting on panels or floor. Adjustments must be applied for in advance to the official designated contractor for unified adjustment.
- If exhibitors with standard booths use foam boards (KT boards), wooden display cabinets or other materials requiring waste removal for booth decoration, a cleaning deposit of RMB 500 per booth shall be paid at the on-site service desk of the official general contractor. After the exhibition, the deposit will be refunded upon confirmation by the official general contractor that such materials have been fully cleared by the exhibitor.
- Booth installations must not exceed 2.5 meters in height. Exceeding booth boundaries is strictly prohibited.

Raw Space Booth:
- Construction materials must be flame-retardant B1 grade or above. Use of polystyrene board (KT board), foam lettering materials is strictly prohibited.
- Booth ceiling area must not exceed 50% of total booth area; room ceiling area must not exceed 30% of that room's total area.
- Raw space booths must be equipped with 5kg ABC dry powder fire extinguishers at a ratio of no less than 1 per 50 sqm of floor area.
- Construction personnel must be certified to work. High-altitude operations require proper safety equipment. Uncertified construction and non-compliant operations are strictly prohibited.

7. How to correct incorrect or missing characters in the company name on the standard booth fascia board?

8. When does power supply start for booths during the build-up period? What are the daily power supply hours during the exhibition period (start and end times)?
Power supply will be gradually activated from 13:00 on July 22 for all custom-built booths in each hall that meet the following criteria: wiring completion rate of over 50%, electrical systems compliant with power supply standards, structures free of potential safety hazards and other violations.

9. How can the construction management deposit be refunded, and what is the procedure?
After the booth waste is fully cleaned up by the contractor on the move-out day (before 22:00 on July 25), with no damage to venue facilities and no violations, the contractor shall present the deposit form signed and sealed by venue security, cleaning and waste removal staff for verification and signature/sealing at the Official Designated Contractors Counter. The construction deposit will be refunded to the original payment account within 20 working days.

- Application Method: Complete the "Additional Power Supply and Electrical Equipment Rental Application Form" and "Compressed Air/Water Supply and Drainage Rental Application Form” and submit to the official designated contractor for the corresponding lobby before June 22, 2026. Late applications will incur 30%-50% surcharge. On-site temporary applications are not accepted.

- Standard booth 13A sockets are limited to household appliances under 500W. Machine power requires separate applications for power distribution boxes.

2. How to complete the entry formalities for self-brought plants, flowers and furniture?
1) The stand contractor shall carry or collect the stamped entry pass for plants, flowers and furniture as well as the booth layout drawing on site.
2) Get verification and an additional stamp from security (Locations: Hall 1 – Storage Area; Hall 2 – Next to the restroom on the right-hand side of the entrance; Hall 3 – Exhibition Service Desk on the right-hand side of the entrance).
3) Proceed to unload goods with the dual-stamped entry pass for plants, flowers and furniture.
3. Who provides daily cleaning services for the booth, and what is the frequency and scope?
- The organizer is responsible for daily cleaning of public areas in the venue and standard booth carpets, with garbage removal from booth aisles after daily closing.
- Exhibit cleaning and daily booth cleaning are the responsibility of exhibitors. Overall cleaning of raw space booths is the responsibility of contractors/exhibitors.
4. Can exhibitors bring their own food/beverages into the venue?
- Outside food and boxed meals are prohibited in the venue. Please refer to Section VI, Item 1 of this FAQ for in-venue dining services.
5. How to replace, add, or exchange exhibitor badges, and what are the fees?
- Each booth is allocated 4 exhibitor badges, with a maximum limit of 20 badges per booth.
- Please modify exhibitor badge information online by self-service before badge printing. If the badges have already been printed, revisions and reprinting must be done at the on-site service counter.
- No online modifications are available for already printed badges. Any additions or changes to badges must be processed at the on-site service counter.
6. How to rent/purchase additional exhibits and materials on-site, and what are the contact details?

7. What are the booth security measures during the exhibition, and what should exhibitors pay attention to?
- The venue is equipped with 24-hour security personnel and central monitoring systems, but exhibitors are responsible for the safekeeping of exhibits and property in their booths. Valuables should be carried with you or under dedicated supervision.
- Exhibitors must strictly comply with venue fire safety regulations. Smoking, open flames, and non-compliant electricity use are strictly prohibited in booths. Fire facilities and emergency exits must not be blocked or occupied.
- Before closing daily, exhibitors should check power, doors/windows, and valuables in their booths and ensure proper security.
- During dismantling, exhibits and materials must be properly supervised to avoid misplacement or loss. Exhibits must not be dismantled or removed before the dismantling deadline.

This exhibition promotes the "Go Green" green and low-carbon booth design and construction 6R principles (Respect, Remember Education, Reuse & Recycle, Reduce Waste, Renewable Materials). Related requirements and initiatives are as follows:
- Design Requirements: Adopt simplified booth design, reduce large irregular structures, prioritize modular and detachable assembly structures, promote recyclable materials such as aluminum profiles, truss + odorless warp-knitted fabric printing, and reduce wood structure usage.
- Material Requirements: Must use flame-retardant renewable and recyclable materials that meet fire safety standards. Non-degradable disposable materials and non-environmentally friendly coatings/adhesives are strictly prohibited.
- Energy-saving Requirements: Prioritize LED energy-saving lighting. Replace paper posters and brochures with electronic promotional materials. Control audio/video equipment volume and brightness to reduce light and noise pollution.

2. What are the waste sorting and recycling requirements for booths, and where are the sorting bins distributed?
- Construction waste, discarded materials, ink barrels, etc. generated by booths must be sorted and cleaned by exhibitors/contractors. Dumping waste in public aisles, fire passages, and restrooms is strictly prohibited.
- Raw space booths must pay a waste removal deposit. After dismantling, upon completion of booth cleaning and waste sorting/removal and verification of no violations, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Sorting bins are available in public areas and exhibition lobbies, divided into four categories: recyclables, other waste, kitchen waste, and hazardous waste. Clear signage is provided on-site. Please dispose according to labels.
3. What are the material recycling and waste removal rules during dismantling?
