How to Join

Step 1 – Submit Your Interest

Step 2 – Application Review

Our Hosted Buyer team will evaluate your profile and notify you of your application status.

Step 3 – Personalized Matchmaking & Onsite Meeting Arrangement

Before the show, our team will match you with suitable suppliers based on the product categories and sourcing needs you submit. During the exhibition, one-on-one meetings with these matched suppliers will be arranged at designated times in the Hosted Buyer Lounge. You’ll also be invited to join a guided theme tour to efficiently explore highlighted products and exhibitors of interest.

Step 4 – Confirm Travel & Onsite Participation

After completing your scheduled matchmaking meetings, you may contact our onsite buyer manager to collect your travel subsidy. The rest of your time is free to explore the show floor, discover new products, and connect with additional suppliers at your own pace.
