The CDATF Business Matchmaking Program is designed for professional buyers with clear and active sourcing needs.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following baseline criteria to qualify for the CDATF matchmaking program:

  • Active sourcing plans within the next 6–12 months, supported by clear purchasing needs or defined product requirements.

  • Verified company profile, including valid business registration and legitimate procurement activity.

  • Sufficient purchasing capacity relative to the categories they intend to source.

  • Relevant sourcing categories, such as homeware, daily‑use products, consumer goods, and related industries.

  • Documented procurement history, demonstrating consistent or past purchasing activities.

How to Join

Step 1 

Submit Application Form

Prepare your product categories, expected order volume, target price range, OEM/ODM needs, and a brief record of past purchasing. Submit the form so our team can begin guided matching based on your criteria.

Step 2 

Application Review

Our Hosted Buyer team reviews your credentials, purchasing scope, and category focus. You will be contacted for any additional information needed and informed once your eligibility is confirmed.

Step 3 

Business Matching

You’ll receive a curated shortlist of suppliers aligned with your requirements (category, capabilities, certifications, capacity). Review the list, request changes, and finalize meetings with our team’s assistance.

Step 4 

Confirm Travel & Onsite Meetings

After your agenda is set, confirm travel. Onsite, our staff will guide you to the Hosted Buyer Lounge, help manage your schedule, and support any updates to your meetings.
